Sports Fitness & Recreation

The Club provides programs that help develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment, and social and interpersonal skills.

Boxing 101
Twice a week, Club members can take part in a non-contact fitness program that emphasizes healthy fitness activities. Each program consists of basic boxing techniques, with a focus on cardiovascular activity, and the art of "Sweet Science".

NFL Flag Football
Twice a week, Club teams compete against each other for the chance to play in the Turkey Bowl. Emphasis is placed on teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play and dedication.

Daily Gym Activities
The double sized gymnasium is open each day for youth basketball, dodgeball, soccer, capture the flag, obstacle course, baseball, kickball, and other recreational games.

Gamesroom Activities
The Club's Gamesroom is open each day for team and individual activities, including pool, four square, foosball, and board games. Emphasis is placed on individual skill building as well as cooperation, and sportsmanship.

BFS (Bigger Faster Stronger)

This is a teen program where kids learn to overcome adversity by improving strength and mental abilities.

BFS is a total mind and body work out session that helps athletes to maintain and ultimately improve
personal goals by striving for huge gains. It is the definition of athlete overhauling. In this program cardio
conditioning is also applied.
