Character & Leadership
The Club develops leadership skills and provides opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to Club and community, and celebrating our national heritage.

Keystone Club
The Keystone Club is a teen leadership group comprised of 10-12 Club members. Keystoners elect officers, choose their own activities and plan and implement community service projects. This year Lowell's Keystone Club attended the national Keystone Conference in Washington, DC, volunteering at the Lowell Folk Festival and Winterfest, and volunteer as tutors for younger Club members. Weekly meetings are held on Wednesday.

Toastmasters
Toastmasters is a public speaking program designed to teach teen members skills in interpersonal communication, including speech writing and interviewing. This program helps teens develop confidence and communication.

Youth of the Month/Youth of the Year
The youth of the month competition recognizes teen members for their service to their Club, their community, academic achievements and contributions to their family. The Club member is selected by Youth Development Staff. Each monthly winner competes Clubwide to serve as the Club's representative in the statewide competition.

Men's Group
Men's Group promotes and teaches responsibility while reinforcing positive behavior in male Club members ages 13-18. Meetings are held each Monday.

F.U.T.U.R.E.
The FUTURE program is comprised of young women, ages 13-18, who meet regularly with adult female mentors, including members of the Lowell Police Department. In partnership with the Revolving Museum, these young women have created displayed art exhibits. In addition they take part in fitness activities and leadership training.
